About the revision of October 16, 2026

The general revision date is October 16, 2026. The AI Credit expiry change has a separate changeover time (Section 5 and Supplementary Provision). Previous version: https://todo-phoneapp.pages.dev/legal/tosche/archive/2026-10-15/terms.html (Japanese). The main changes since the previous revision (May 20, 2026) are as follows. [Changes to the conditions of use] • Section 5 and the Supplementary Provision: For new subscriptions starting after the public App Store release of ToSche 2.9.0, unused new AI Credits expire at the end of their monthly allowance period (the scheduled next grant time), with no carryover. For subscriptions that predate that release, this applies only to new grants at least 30 days after the web and in-app notice at public release. Earlier grants keep their previous expiry at the end of the following month. Annual subscriptions also receive credits monthly. • Section 5: stated that a reply from the AI assistant is completed even if you close the App during the reply, and that AI Credits are consumed for it. • Section 2-2: set out that people under 18 need the consent of a legal guardian, that people under 13 cannot use the AI Features (and people under 13 living in the United States cannot use the App), and the age check and protective measures when people aged 13 to 17 use the AI Features. [Other main changes] • Sections 1 and 19: set out the meaning of terms, and that Apple's standard license agreement also applies if you got the App from the App Store. • Section 2: stated that new registrations use an Apple or Google account, how two-step verification with an authenticator app works, and how to use recovery codes. • Sections 3 and 4: described the conditions for using calendars, shared calendars, iPhone Calendar import, deadline tasks and other features, and the scope of free and paid features. • Section 7: aligned the cancellation steps with the current iPhone screens and described how refunds work. • Sections 10, 11, and 15-4: replaced vague wording such as "anything we deem inappropriate" with specific rules. • Section 12: set out advance notice if we end the App. • Section 14: revised the extent of our liability in line with Japan's Consumer Contract Act (no cap applies where we act intentionally or with gross negligence). • Section 15: stated that "Delete All Data" in Settings deletes your data while keeping your account. • Sections 15-2 to 15-5: described the information sent to the AI (calendar events, AI memory, information for goal-setting chats, and more), how sensitive personal information is handled, cautions about AI Output, and ending integrations in "Connected apps". • Section 15-2: added to the data sent to the AI the goals, steps and tasks and the summaries of earlier chats sent in goal-setting chats, and stated that sensitive personal information is saved to AI memory only when you clearly ask and consent. • Section 15-3: stated that AI memory and information the AI looks up and shows (such as class period times or the last day of a term) are also AI Output and may contain errors, and how to check and correct them. • Section 16-4: set out terms for the feature that imports events from the iPhone Calendar. • Section 15-2: stated that the information sent to the AI includes events imported from the iPhone Calendar. • Section 16-2: set out terms for the features available from Siri and Shortcuts on iPhone. • Section 16-3: Added terms for sharing calendars. • Section 15-2, paragraph 1: changed when we ask for consent to the AI Features from "on first use" to "before data is first sent to the AI Features", and stated that voice input is also available after this consent. • Section 16, paragraph 1: described the conditions for using notifications and that delivery may be delayed or fail depending on device settings and other factors. • Section 17: set out the procedure for changing these Terms (the rules on standard terms in Japan's Civil Code) and when we give notice. • Sections 20 to 22: set out what happens if the business is transferred, what happens if part of these Terms becomes invalid, and how we contact you.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using the app "ToSche" provided by Synthera ("we" or "us"), including its related web pages and its integrations with external AI services (the "App"). They apply to everyone who uses the App ("Users" or "you"). To use the App, you need to agree to these Terms. These Terms are standard terms under Japan's Civil Code, and we may change them by the procedure in Section 17. The key points are fees and auto-renewal (Sections 5 to 7), the information sent to businesses in a foreign country through the AI Features (Section 15-2), and the extent of our liability (Section 14). How we handle personal information is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Section 1 (Application and Definitions)

1. These Terms apply to all relationships between you and us regarding the use of the App. 2. "About Subscriptions (Auto-Renewal)" and the individual explanations shown on the App's screens (including screens that ask for your consent) form part of these Terms. If these Terms and those documents differ, these Terms prevail unless those documents specifically provide otherwise. 3. In these Terms, the following words have the following meanings. • "Account": the registration you create for each user in order to use the App • "Paid Plans": the ToSche Plan, AI Standard, and AI Pro in Section 5 • "AI Features": the AI assistant (including goal-setting chats) and voice input in Section 15-2 • "AI Credits": the usage allowance for the AI Features in Section 5 • "User Content": events, tasks, notes, goals, input to the AI, and anything else you enter or save in the App • "Connected Service": an external AI service connected to the App under Section 15-5 4. If you got the App from the App Store, Section 19 also applies in addition to these Terms.

Section 2 (Accounts)

1. To use the App, you need to sign in with an Apple or Google account and create an Account (existing Users can also sign in with a code sent to their registered email address; Users who previously set a password can still use it). 2. Register accurate information, and manage your Account, your password, and the Apple or Google account you sign in with, at your own responsibility. You may not transfer, lend, or share your Account. 3. You can set up two-step verification with an authenticator app from "Settings" → "Two-step verification" (version 2.9.0 and later). Once it is set up, a 6-digit code shown in your authenticator app is required whichever way you sign in, and our servers do not accept reading or writing data from a connection that has not been checked with the code (except reading and writing by Connected Services, API keys, and Siri keys you have already authorized). A code is also required when you newly connect an external AI service. Keep the recovery codes shown during setup somewhere others cannot see them. If you can no longer use your authenticator app, you can turn off two-step verification with a recovery code (your other devices are signed out). If you lose both your authenticator app and your recovery codes, we will help after verifying your identity, but it may take time. Once two-step verification is set up, versions of the App earlier than 2.9.0 and Jinsei Road, which uses the same account, can no longer read or write your data. Connected Services, API keys, and Siri keys you have already connected are not revoked, so remove them in "Connected apps" as needed. 4. If you think someone else may have used your Account, change your password right away (changing your password also revokes the permissions of Connected Services you connected by signing in), remove any connection you do not recognize in "Settings" → "Connected apps", and contact us. 5. We are not responsible for damage to you caused by reasons attributable to you (such as inadequate management of your Account). Where we act intentionally or negligently, our liability is as set out in Section 14.

Section 2-2 (Use by Minors)

1. People under 18 must use the App with the consent of a parent or other legal guardian. The same applies to buying a Paid Plan. 2. People under 13 may not use the AI Features (they may use the App's other features as set out in the preceding paragraph). However, people under 13 living in the United States may not use the App (our service policy to protect children's personal information). 3. When you first use the AI Features, we ask for your age group (18 or over, 13 to 17, or under 13). People aged 13 to 17 can use the AI Features after confirming that they have the consent of a legal guardian. Your age group and your guardian's consent are self-declared, so please answer accurately. 4. When people aged 13 to 17 use the AI Features, we give the AI safety instructions for minors (such as not producing inappropriate content or content that encourages dangerous acts, and suggesting a trusted adult or a professional helpline for personal troubles), and we do not save especially sensitive information such as health information to AI memory. If you think an AI reply has a problem, you can report it as described in Section 15-3, paragraph 5. 5. If a person under 18 buys a Paid Plan without the consent of a legal guardian, the purchase may be cancelled as provided by law. Refunds for such a cancellation follow the procedure of the store where it was bought. However, if the person falsely claimed to be 18 or over, or falsely claimed to have a guardian's consent, the purchase may not be cancellable (Article 21 of the Civil Code of Japan).

Section 3 (Services)

1. The App provides features for managing events, tasks, goals, and habits (the workspace, schedule, calendar, shared calendars, deadline tasks, routines, goals and roadmaps, statistics, widgets, Siri and Shortcuts, Live Activities, import from the iPhone Calendar, and more), and the AI Features. Some features are not available on some devices or OS versions. 2. We may add or change features to improve the App. If we remove or significantly reduce the main features of a Paid Plan, we follow the procedure in Section 17. 3. The App helps you manage your events and tasks. It is not a substitute for professional judgment in fields such as medicine, law, tax, or finance.

Section 4 (Fees, and Free and Paid Features)

1. The following features are free. • The workspace (4-grid post-its and individual post-its; dated pages with tasks for up to 100 days) • The schedule (list view and 24-hour circular view) • The calendar (month view, creating, changing, and deleting events, repeating events, event notifications, labels, holidays, shared calendars, and import from the iPhone Calendar) • Deadline tasks (deadlines, categories, steps, and repeats) and routines (morning, daytime, and evening) • Statistics (such as completion rates) • Widgets, Siri and Shortcuts, and Live Activities • Integrations with external AI services (Section 15-5) and basic settings 2. With the ToSche Plan (paid), you can use the following in addition to the free features. • Unlimited dated workspace pages • Goals and roadmaps (managing a hierarchy of long-term, yearly, half-year, and monthly goals) 3. With AI Standard and AI Pro (paid), you can use the following in addition to the ToSche Plan features. AI Pro grants more AI Credits than AI Standard. • The AI assistant (creating, changing, and deleting events, tasks, deadline tasks, goals, and more in natural language, and discussing them; including goal-setting chats and the AI's web search) • Voice input (speaking to the AI assistant) • Monthly AI Credits (Section 5) 4. We may change the split between free and paid features. Except for changes that are not disadvantageous to you, such as making a paid feature free, we follow the procedure in Section 17.

Section 5 (Paid Plans and AI Credits)

1. We offer the ToSche Plan, AI Standard, and AI Pro as Paid Plans, each monthly or yearly. Prices are shown on the App's purchase screen, on the App Store, and in the Notice under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. Paid Plans are auto-renewing subscriptions bought through in-app purchase on the App Store (Section 6). 2. AI Standard and AI Pro include a usage allowance for the AI Features (the "AI Credits"; the App's screens may show it as "AI usage" or "tokens"). The ToSche Plan does not include them. AI Credits are used up according to the actual amount you use when you use the AI assistant (including goal-setting chats), the AI's web search, and voice input. In version 2.9.0 and later, a reply from the AI assistant is completed even if you close the App during the reply, and AI Credits are consumed for it as well (to stop a reply partway, tap the stop button shown while the reply is being written; if you stop it, the amount used until then is consumed). Processing to organize AI memory automatically does not use AI Credits. 3. AI Credits are granted at the start of each period (1 month) for monthly plans, and every month for yearly plans. For new subscriptions starting after the public App Store release of ToSche 2.9.0, unused new AI Credits expire at the end of their monthly allowance period (the scheduled next grant time), with no carryover. For subscriptions that predate that release, this applies only to new grants at least 30 days after the web and in-app notice at public release. Earlier grants keep their previous expiry at the end of the following month. Annual subscriptions also receive credits monthly. The amount granted is the equivalent of JPY 400 per month for AI Standard and JPY 700 per month for AI Pro (counted by the cost we pay the AI provider; the amount used by one conversation depends on its content). You can check the remaining share on the App's screen. If we reduce the amount granted, we follow the procedure in Section 17. 4. AI Credits are a usage allowance for each Account. They cannot be exchanged for cash or other services, refunded, or transferred to anyone else. AI Credits cannot be bought separately. When your Paid Plan contract ends, when you change from AI Standard or AI Pro to the ToSche Plan, or when you delete your Account, any remaining balance can no longer be used. 5. For server stability and fairness among Users, we may set limits on a single request and on daily use of the AI Features. 6. Changes between Paid Plans follow the App Store's rules. A change to a higher plan takes effect immediately, and the store settles the remaining time of the previous plan. A change to a lower plan, and switching between monthly and yearly, take effect from the next renewal date.

Section 6 (Auto-Renewal)

1. Paid Plans renew automatically on the same terms: monthly plans every 1 month and yearly plans every 1 year. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, the payment method registered to your Apple Account is charged for the next period within the 24 hours before the current period ends. 2. If we raise a price, we will let you know as the App Store requires, and if the App Store requires it, we will ask for your consent again. If you do not consent, the Paid Plan ends at the next renewal. 3. If we change the content of a Paid Plan (including the amount of AI Credits granted) to your disadvantage, we follow the procedure in Section 17. If you do not agree to the change, you may cancel before the next renewal as set out in Section 7.

Section 7 (Cancellation and Refunds)

1. Cancel a Paid Plan from the settings of the store where you bought it. [If you bought it on iPhone or iPad (App Store)] Settings → your name at the top → Subscriptions → ToSche → Cancel Subscription [If you bought it on Android (Google Play)] Google Play app → profile icon at the top right → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → ToSche → Cancel subscription 2. If you cancel, the contract ends at the end of the current period. You can keep using the paid features until then. 3. Because of how the stores work, you cannot complete cancellation inside the App alone. 4. If you cancel partway through a period for your own convenience, there is generally no prorated refund for the remaining time. To request a refund, use the procedure of the store where you bought it (Apple: https://support.apple.com/en-us/118223 / Google Play: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637). Refunds of store purchases are processed through the store. This does not limit any statutory right to a refund, damages or another remedy against us. 5. If the paid features remain completely unusable for reasons attributable to us, we will make up for it within a reasonable scope, for example by granting AI Credits. This does not limit any rights you have against us under the law. 6. Deleting your Account does not cancel your Paid Plan. Please cancel first.

Section 8 (Free Trials)

1. If we offer a free trial, its length and conditions are shown on the App's purchase screen (there is currently no free trial). 2. Under the store's rules, a free trial can be used only once per store account. 3. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the free trial ends, it automatically becomes a Paid Plan at the end of the trial and you are charged.

Section 9 (Benefits)

1. For campaigns, as an apology for a problem, or for similar reasons, we may give certain Users a benefit that lets them use paid features or AI Credits free of charge. 2. We tell you the content, period, and conditions of a benefit when we give it. Benefits cannot be transferred to others or exchanged for cash. 3. When the benefit period ends, you are not automatically moved to a Paid Plan or charged. 4. When you use the AI Features with a benefit, we may set a daily limit.

Section 10 (Prohibited Acts)

When using the App, you must not do any of the following. 1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals 2. Acts related to crime 3. Acts that interfere with our servers or network 4. Acts that harm the intellectual property, privacy, reputation, or other rights or interests of other Users or third parties 5. Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App (except where permitted by law) 6. Unauthorized access or attempts at it 7. Mass access or data collection by automated means (except using a Connected Service under Section 15-5 on your instructions) 8. Exploiting a defect in the App to improperly obtain AI Credits, benefits, or other advantages 9. Commercial promotion, advertising, or solicitation through the App 10. Acts similar to the above that harm the rights or interests of other Users or third parties or interfere with the operation of the App

Section 11 (Restriction and Termination of Accounts)

1. If you fall under any of the following, we may, depending on the seriousness, restrict all or part of your use of the App or terminate your Account. Except in urgent cases, we will tell you the reason in advance. • You seriously violate these Terms or repeatedly violate them • Information you registered is found to be false • You have not used the App for 2 years or more since your last use and have no Paid Plan (we will notify you in advance at your registered email address) • You are, or have ties to, an organized crime group or other antisocial force • For reasons similar to the above, we reasonably determine, on objective grounds, that letting you continue to use the App would not be appropriate for its safe operation 2. We are not responsible for damage to you caused by measures under this Section unless we act intentionally or negligently. Where we are responsible, the extent is as set out in Section 14.

Section 12 (Suspension, Interruption, and Termination of the Service)

1. We may stop providing all or part of the App in the following cases. Except in urgent cases, we will announce it in advance in the App or on our website. • When performing system maintenance or updates • When providing the App becomes difficult due to force majeure, such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, or power outages • When an outside service we use, such as our cloud infrastructure, authentication infrastructure, or AI provider, fails • When necessary to protect Users' data from unauthorized access or similar threats 2. We may end the App. If we do, we will announce it in the App or on our website at least 30 days before the end date, and stop accepting new purchases of Paid Plans before then. For Users who have paid for a period beyond the end date, we will respond reasonably, for example by guiding them through the store's refund procedure. 3. Our liability for damage to you caused by suspension, interruption, or termination under this Section is as set out in Section 14.

Section 13 (Intellectual Property and User Content)

1. The intellectual property rights in the App (its programs, design, text, logos, and so on) belong to us or the rightful owners. We grant you a non-transferable right to use the App personally in accordance with these Terms. 2. The rights in User Content belong to you (or the rightful owner). 3. You allow us to use User Content free of charge to the extent needed to provide the App (storing, displaying, syncing, backing up, showing it to members of shared calendars, sending it to the AI Features and Connected Services, and so on). Only when needed to operate the App, such as investigating at your request or investigating defects or misuse, we may check User Content to the extent needed. We do not use User Content for any other purpose, and we do not use it to train AI models. 4. We do not claim any rights in output the AI Features create for you ("AI Output"). You may use AI Output freely within the law. However, we do not guarantee that AI Output does not infringe the rights of third parties (Section 15-3). 5. When you enter other people's works, personal information, or similar material into the App, respect their rights and the law.

Section 14 (Warranties and the Extent of Our Liability)

1. We do not guarantee that the App always works correctly, is free from errors or interruptions, or fits a particular purpose. When we learn of a defect, we will make efforts to fix it within a reasonable scope. 2. We are liable for damage to you in connection with the App only where we act intentionally or negligently. 3. If damage is caused to you by our negligence (other than gross negligence), the damage we compensate is limited to ordinary damage that actually occurred to you, up to the total fees you paid for the App's Paid Plans in the 12 months before the day the damage occurred (or JPY 10,000 if that total is less than JPY 10,000). 4. The limit in the preceding paragraph does not apply where we act intentionally or with gross negligence, or where the law does not allow such a limit. 5. Disputes between you and other Users or third parties should be resolved between the parties. We will cooperate within the law where needed. Where we are responsible, the extent is as set out in this Section. 6. Holidays shown in the App are calculated by us based on Japanese law. Future holidays that are fixed by an annual announcement, such as the Vernal and Autumnal Equinox Days, are estimates based on calculation and may differ from the actual holidays.

Section 15 (Data Handling)

1. Data you save in the App (tasks, schedules, calendar events, routines, and so on) is stored on the cloud infrastructure we use (the database is in Japan, Tokyo region). 2. We take reasonable security measures so that data is not lost or corrupted, but we do not guarantee that data will never be lost in any case. We recommend that you also keep your own copies of important data. 3. From "Settings" → "Delete All Data", you can delete events in calendars only you see, time blocks, routines, deadline tasks, tasks, workspaces, goals, AI conversations, AI memory, the AI shared memo, and more, while keeping your Account. What is deleted and what remains is as shown on that screen and in Section 8 of the Privacy Policy. 4. When you delete your Account, we delete your data. Because the App uses the same account as our app "Jinsei Road" (人生Road), if you use Jinsei Road with the same account, the Jinsei Road account and data are deleted as well. What is deleted, and what data remains for a period after deletion, is set out in Section 8 of the Privacy Policy.

Section 15-2 (Consent to Sending Data to the AI Features)

1. To use the AI Features (the AI assistant and goal-setting chats within it, including goal coaching in versions earlier than 2.9.0) and voice input, you need to review and agree to the consent screen we show before data is first sent to the AI Features. Without consent, you cannot use the AI Features or voice input. You may withdraw consent at any time from "Settings" → "AI & Privacy"; after withdrawing, you cannot use the AI Features or voice input until you consent again. 2. When you use the AI Features, you agree that the following data is sent to Anthropic, PBC (a Delaware corporation, United States of America), the provider of the AI models: • Text you enter in the AI chat • Related information the AI reads in order to answer or carry out an operation, such as tasks, schedules (including calendar events and events imported from the iPhone Calendar), and goals (titles, dates/times, locations, notes, contents, etc.) • The names of calendars and labels • AI memory (including sensitive personal information saved with your consent) and the AI shared memo • In goal-setting chats (version 2.9.0 and later), the goal being discussed and its steps, the tasks linked to the goal, and summaries of earlier goal-setting chats (an excerpt of the last reply and a record of the actions the AI took) • When AI memory is organized automatically, part of your message and the beginning of the previous reply (this feature is being rolled out gradually), and trends in how you use the App (such as the usual color for each event title) • If you are aged 13 to 17, that fact (sent together with the safety instructions in Section 2-2, paragraph 4) • Recent chat history to keep the context of the conversation • Your device's time zone and the App's language setting • Search terms, if the AI uses web search (sent through Anthropic to the search service it uses) 3. When you use voice input, you agree that the audio you record is sent to Google LLC (United States of America), the provider of the speech recognition service. The audio is used only to convert it to text and is not stored on our servers. 4. The details of the transmissions in the preceding 2 paragraphs and each recipient's privacy policy are as set out in the Privacy Policy (Sections 4-2 and 4-3). These recipients are businesses in a foreign country (the United States of America), and the information we show when asking for your consent (the recipients' country, its system, and the measures the recipients take) is set out in Section 4-5 of the Privacy Policy. Anthropic, PBC has stated publicly that it does not use data received via its API to train its AI models. 5. The AI Features save sensitive personal information to AI memory only if you clearly ask and tap the consent button shown in the App. Memory saved this way is sent to the recipient in paragraph 2 each time you later use the AI Features. You can delete it at any time from "What AI remembers" in the App ("Reset AI memory" in versions earlier than 2.9.0). However, sensitive personal information is not saved to AI memory for people aged 13 to 17 (Section 2-2) or for people whose store country is the United States. Details of how AI memory is handled are set out in Section 4-2 of the Privacy Policy.

Section 15-3 (AI Output)

1. AI Output is provided as reference information. We do not guarantee that AI Output is accurate, complete, useful, fit for a particular purpose, up to date, or lawful. 2. AI Output may contain incorrect information, inappropriate suggestions, or content that is not factual (so-called hallucinations). Check the content of AI Output yourself, and verify it with other sources where needed, before using it. 3. AI Output is not a substitute for professional judgment in fields such as medicine, law, tax, finance, or psychology. For these, please consult a qualified professional. 4. Our liability for damage to you caused by AI Output, or by the AI Features adding, changing, or deleting events or tasks based on AI Output, is as set out in Section 14. 5. If you believe that AI Output contains harmful, illegal, discriminatory, sexually inappropriate or harassing content, improper disclosure of personal information, or harmful misinformation, you may report it to us from that AI Output's menu ("More" → "Report this response"). When you report, the category you selected, anything you chose to write, and the text of that AI Output are sent to us. We review these to check safety and act where needed, and we do not use them to train AI models. Because a report is kept as the record we act on, you cannot withdraw it yourself (if you delete your Account, the report is deleted in accordance with Section 15). We are not obliged to tell you the outcome of each report, but we will take the measures required under these Terms and Section 15-4 in respect of the reported AI Output. 6. Facts the AI Features learn from conversations and save (AI memory) and information the AI looks up on the web and shows you (such as class period times or the last day of a term) are also AI Output and may contain errors. The AI Features may add events or deadline tasks based on AI memory or information they looked up. Please check the notice shown when the AI updates its memory and the dates shown before repeating deadline tasks are added; if anything is wrong, you can correct or delete memory in "What AI remembers" in the App, and events and deadline tasks on their own screens.

Section 15-4 (Prohibited Uses of the AI Features)

When using the AI Features, in addition to Section 10, you must not do any of the following. 1. Generating, requesting, or spreading content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or contrary to public order and morals 2. Generating or requesting child sexual abuse material or content that sexualizes minors 3. Generating, requesting, or spreading content that encourages suicide, self-harm, violence, or harm to others 4. Unlawfully collecting, identifying, or disclosing personal information 5. Creating or spreading fraud, phishing, impersonation, or false information 6. Creating or providing malware, viruses, or other harmful code 7. Using AI Output to replace professional judgment in fields such as medicine, law, tax, or finance without consulting a qualified professional 8. Automatically sending large numbers of requests, improperly consuming AI Credits, or intentionally exhausting our server resources 9. Reverse-engineering the AI Features, prompt injection, or otherwise intentionally exploiting weaknesses in the system 10. Uses that violate the terms or usage policies (Acceptable Use Policy) of AI model providers (such as Anthropic, PBC) 11. Uses similar to the above that interfere with the safe provision of the AI Features If there is a use described above, we may restrict your use of the AI Features or take measures under Section 11. We are not responsible for damage to you caused by such measures taken for reasons attributable to you.

Section 15-5 (Integrations with External AI Services)

1. From the App's settings, you can connect the App to Claude, ChatGPT, or other external AI services (Connected Services) (an "AI Integration"). The scope of data a Connected Service can read, write, and delete through an AI Integration is as shown on the connection screen and set out in Section 4-4 of the Privacy Policy. 2. Operations a Connected Service performs through an AI Integration (including creating, changing, and deleting data) are treated as based on your instructions. Check the instructions you give a Connected Service and their results yourself. 3. How data passed to a Connected Service is handled, and the conditions for using the Connected Service, are governed by the Connected Service's terms. The content of a Connected Service and how it handles data are set and managed by the Connected Service, not by us. 4. You can end an AI Integration at any time by removing the connection or API key in "Settings" → "Connected apps", or by removing the App in the Connected Service's settings. Changing your password revokes the permissions of Connected Services you connected by signing in (connections made with an API key are not revoked). 5. Connected Services we have not verified are marked as such in "Connected apps". Remove any connection you do not recognize right away.

Section 16 (Notifications)

1. The App uses device notifications (notifications scheduled on the device) for features such as reminders. 2. To receive notifications, you need to allow notifications on your device. 3. Notifications may be delayed or may not arrive due to network conditions, device settings, OS specifications, and similar reasons. Our liability for damage to you caused by this is as set out in Section 14. 4. Because the OS limits how many notifications can be scheduled on a device, the App schedules notifications for later events as those events approach. If you do not open the App for a while, event notifications may not be scheduled and may not arrive.

Section 16-2 (Siri and Shortcuts)

1. The App lets you add events and hear your events and today's tasks read out from Siri, the Shortcuts app, Spotlight, and the Action button provided by Apple Inc. Whether these features are available, how your voice is recognized, and how content is read out are determined by Apple. 2. When you add an event from Siri, check what Siri heard (the title and the date and time) in Siri's response or in the App. Our responsibility if an event different from what you intended is added because of a recognition error is as set out in Section 14. 3. The key used to add events from Siri can be recreated or turned off from "Siri" in Settings. Before handing a device with the App to another person, turn "Siri" off or sign out.

Section 16-3 (Sharing Calendars)
